Airline configuration
Define the airline identity, ICAO/IATA codes, callsign, headquarters, hubs, timezone, currency, operational parameters and system-wide settings.

VAOS Admin is the central administration and operations platform for configuring, controlling and supervising the complete structure of a virtual airline from one professional environment.
The administration platform is organized around the operational data and controls required to run a structured virtual airline.
Define the airline identity, ICAO/IATA codes, callsign, headquarters, hubs, timezone, currency, operational parameters and system-wide settings.
Manage airports, hubs, geographic data, routes, destinations and the operational network used by schedules and Crew Center.
Maintain manufacturer, model, variant, ICAO/IATA type codes, passenger/cargo capacity, weights, range, cruise speed, fuel capacity and engine information.
Control individual registrations, aircraft type, status, current airport, hours, cycles, capacity, maintenance information and operational availability.
Publish flight numbers, origin/destination, departure and arrival times, operating days, aircraft type, flight level, route, season and validity dates.
Manage pilot records, identifiers, ranks, status, profile information, career progression, activity and administrative controls.
Receive and review flight reports, operational data and activity used for statistics, pilot progression and aircraft positioning.
Provide the master operational data consumed by Crew Center for schedule search, aircraft assignment, reservations, briefing and flight lifecycle.
Configure rank structures, qualification thresholds, badges and progression rules that are reflected in pilot-facing modules.
Manage airline financial concepts, pilot-related economic data and operational transactions where enabled by the configured modules.
Maintain operational events, notices, communications and information that can be exposed to the connected Crew Center.
Configure randomized admission questions, passing percentage, timer, attempts and the automated candidate-to-pilot workflow.
Centralize external-service configuration such as SimBrief and other operational or commercial connections available to the VAOS product family.
Role-restricted administration, protected configuration and separation between public, pilot and administrative functionality.
Support structured operational datasets for airports, aircraft types, fleet, routes and schedules to accelerate airline deployment.
VAOS Admin uses a commercial activation key. The first valid activation binds the license to the registered web domain and the installation ID. A legitimate domain change is handled through the customer portal using the transfer or reissue service.
VAOS Admin prepares and governs the operational information that is made available to the pilot environment through the controlled VAOS connection.
