These Purchase Terms govern software, digital licences, downloads and professional services sold by VAOS.

Contract formation
Before paying, customers receive the essential product characteristics, total price, applicable taxes, delivery method and licensing or technical requirements. The final action creates an obligation to pay.
Digital delivery
Confirmed purchases are normally delivered through the Customer Portal. Licensed VAOS Admin deployments are bound to the permitted domain and installation ID; VAOS Crew Center does not currently require an activation key.
Payments
Available providers are displayed at checkout and may include PayPal and Stripe. Server-side payment confirmation determines fulfilment.
Consumer withdrawal
EU consumers generally benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions. Immediate digital supply can extinguish the right only where the required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation conditions are met.
Digital-content conformity
Mandatory statutory remedies for non-conforming digital content or services remain unaffected.
Services
Professional services are limited to the deliverables and prerequisites described in the purchased scope. Additional work requires separate agreement.
Complaints and ADR
The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers may use competent national ADR channels where available.
