Website purpose
VAOS offers software, digital licences, secure downloads and professional services for virtual-airline and flight-simulation projects. VAOS is not a real airline and does not sell air transport.
Electronic contracting
Essential characteristics, price, taxes, delivery method and licensing requirements are presented before purchase. The final order action must clearly indicate an obligation to pay. Contracts are recorded through the order, confirmation and Customer Portal.
Intellectual property
Purchase grants only the contractual right of use described by the product licence and does not transfer ownership of VAOS software, branding, documentation or source materials.
Consumer dispute resolution
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued with effect from 20 July 2025. Consumers may consult the competent national alternative dispute resolution bodies where applicable.
Applicable law
Any governing-law provision remains subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules applicable in the consumer’s habitual residence.
