What is VAOS?
VAOS is a software ecosystem for virtual-airline administration and pilot operations, built around VAOS Admin and VAOS Crew Center.
What is the difference between VAOS Admin and VAOS Crew Center?
VAOS Admin is the management and operational administration platform. VAOS Crew Center is the pilot-facing portal for reservations, briefing, SimBrief, profile, communications and flight activity.
Does VAOS Crew Center require an activation license?
No. VAOS Crew Center is sold as a commercial product but does not require an activation key. After confirmed payment it becomes available in the customer portal for secure download.
How is a VAOS Admin license activated?
The first valid activation binds the commercial license to the registered domain and the installation ID. A different deployment requires its own licensed domain and license key.
How do I pay for a product?
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. The final amount, including applicable taxes, is displayed before the payment is confirmed.
How is VAT or tax calculated?
The commercial platform calculates the applicable tax from the billing information and the tax configuration in force. The net amount, tax rate, tax amount and final total are stored with the order and invoice.
When can I download the product?
Once the payment is confirmed, the product is enabled in your customer portal. The purchase confirmation email also provides the corresponding secure delivery information.
How are VAOS products installed?
Products are distributed as deployment packages intended for standard PHP/MySQL hosting such as cPanel. Each product includes its installation and configuration information. VAOS Admin and Crew Center are installed separately.
Do VAOS Admin and Crew Center share the same database?
No. The final architecture uses separate databases. The products exchange only the data needed through their controlled connection layer, reducing coupling and future maintenance risks.
Can I use the same airline identity on different domains?
Yes, but each licensed VAOS Admin deployment must have its own licensed domain and its own license key. The airline name or visual identity does not replace the domain-based licensing rule.
What happens if I legitimately change domain?
You can request a domain transfer or license reissue through the customer portal. The applicable service charge is calculated as 50% of the current product price.
Where can I obtain support after purchase?
